Posted by admin

I just started to play online poker n tournaments as well n free roll too, and it seemed no matter how good my hands are it always get crack by some worst caller with hands that the salvation army would reject n some how it always river or runner runner. I get to d point where when it comes to heads up when I hold pocket kk or aa I would hesitate to push pre flop even though my raise get re raise or all in. Is there any better way to play heads up when you hold a strong hand, please help because Im going nuts and these suck out put me on hug tilt. thank you so much in advance.

I’m assuming you play free poker games with fake money. You will learn that people stay with anything and it’s all just luck that they get a card on the turn or river. Try playing for real cash and you’ll notice that people won’t risk real money the way they risk their fake dollars. UB.net, i’ve found is the best site to play on and you can get a prepay credit card for like $50 to start and then you’ll see how good a player you really are. Don’t get me wrong, i like to play with fake money but you can’t play as loose as with real dollars. Good luck!!

I hate to sound like a broken record, but every poker player has said it atleast once……That’s poker. You are going to lose hands that you knew you were gonna win, and you’re going to win hands that you though you had no chance with.

That’s what play money games are like. Micro stakes games aren’t much better. If you want to play real games, you need to play the higher stakes games, at least .25/.50 ring games or $5 buy-in tourneys and sit n gos.

I would go to and ask for professional advice. There a pro there that has played nearly 2 Million hands online and advice is free.
