but if a card game says its $5/10 with $10 ante…… i know the 5 is the small blind, 10 is the big blind….but what is an ante?

also, if a tournament is advertised as; $100 + $20 , the $100 is the buy-in fee, but what is the $20????

also, i know a ‘rake’ is a % that people pay per hand to play live poker. if a rake is advertised as 5% or $5 … the casino takes 5% or $5 … whichever is bigger … do they take it from EACH player at the table? each person that saw the flop? the turn? the river? or the winner of the pot?
